Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will cover all return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Returns for Non-Defective Items
If you are returning an item that is not faulty:
- Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Returns for change of mind are accepted only if the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.
Refunds
Warranty Policy
We offer a 30 days warranty on all products purchased directly from us, provided valid proof of purchase is supplied.
The warranty covers items that are faulty, damaged on arrival, or develop a manufacturing fault within the 30 days period.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by improper use, cleaning, storage, or handling.
During the warranty period, approved faulty items qualify for free returns and a replacement.

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours, Monday to Friday, to confirm the next steps.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will cover all return shipping costs.
